10 MINUTE BOOT CAMP SERIES

Everything you need to get an awesome workout in 10 minutes. 
Use them as individual blocks, or if you have a bit longer you can Mix and match the workouts to create the ultimate session. We'd love to hear how you get on, so track your reps & scores and keep us posted. 

​N.B We use the same warm up and cool down for both sets.
