That’s exactly what we’ve done.

We’ve come up with 4 amazing ideas that will switch up your thinking, and get you in amazing shape in the process. Give your Will Power a break, and get some Super Charged Motivation that will push you further than any motivational quote on facebook will ever do.

Take up a Challenge

No we’re not talking about challenging yourself to not hit the snooze button. We’re talking a big challenge here. There are more opportunities to Challenge yourself now more than ever. With cheap flights all over the World, your Challenge could be legendary.

One of my clients Jennifer, took part in a round the world Sailing trip with Clipper. Jenn had a life changing heart condition a year or two before. She used the Clipper race as motivation as she wanted to prove she could still do amazing activities and adventure’s.
Another client of mine Julia worked her way through losing 2 stone so she could climb the 3 peaks. Again, without the challenge pushing her, she would never have worked so hard.

From Climbing Mountains, to Sailing around the world, there is a challenge out there which is PERFECT for you. You will be surprised what you can achieve when you set your mind on it.

Book a Photo Shoot

If you keep giving up on your diet at the weekends, or can’t find the motivation to workout, then a photo shoot maybe the right fit for you. Set yourself a time frame, say 12-16 weeks, giving yourself enough time to get some great results, and design a programme to countdown to the big shoot. Ensure your exercise plan is matched to your goals, you may want to speak to a trainer for some expert advice, or you can get a load on google for free as well to be honest. Get some expert advice on your photo shoot prep, so things like tanning etc may play a part for you.

Your shoot could be anything from a sexy underwear shot for your partner, to a mock up poster of mens/womens health. Even a simple album of shots for you to keep is a great reminder of what you have achieved.

Start a Blog

It’s hard to give up on something if you know people will notice. Sharing your Journey is becoming a really popular way for people looking to transform their bodies and lives.

It works on a few levels. It’s good fun, putting together all your photos, recipe ideas, and your general thoughts for the day.
Blogging can become really addictive! It also makes it really hard to give up on, as you have people following what you’re doing. Almost instantly you will be motivation for someone else, and your hard working mentality is passed onto anyone reading your story.

You can blog about your wedding weight loss Journey, your fight back from a life altering illness, or even the start of a Challenge. Be honest, be open, and share everything about your Journey.

You can start a blog for free, and if it get’s enough followers, you can make a decent income as well which is always nice!

Do it for Someone else

There’s nothing more powerful than doing something for other people. You just have to look at the amazing things these celebs go through every year on children in need. They would never normally run marathon after marathon for fun, but the thought that its helping another human being in another part of the world is enough to push them to achieve incredible things.

Try being a bit creative about it, something to capture the imagination of people, giving them a real reason to sponsor you and get involved. I helped Ben, one of my clients create his own personal challenge, where he plans to run every day for 30 days. Every mile he runs, he is paying £2 to charity. The plan is for people to sponsor him and offer a similar amount for the distances he covers. It won’t change the world, but it will make a difference, and that’s important.

Life is to be lived. It’s too short for boring gym workouts, and diet plans you have no excitement for. The world is there, ready for us to get the most out of it. Step outside of the box, and push yourself further each week. The benefits are incredible, you get in awesome shape, and have a blast in the process.

Do something that scares you.
Do something that pushes you.
Do something that helps others.
Do something that gets you excited.

When you do this, you will have all the Motivation in the world, with more support than you can imagine.
