You don't have to workout for an hour every day, sure if you had the time, it would be brilliant, but really who has this 'free time' every day? Well OK, everyone probably does, but chooses to spend it on other things. So the question is this, on the days when you don't want to train for an hour, can you still progress your goals with a shorter, more intense workout? We think you can, and we are not alone, 2013 has seen the rise in HIIT Training & Tabata workouts, we are putting together several 15 minute workouts for you to use when you need them.
Research shows you can actually burn more calories doing this 15 minute workout, than an hour of steady cardio in the gym, so what are you waiting for, let's get started!

Warm up: (Total Time 3 mins)
You must be warm before you do this workout, so jump on the rower, go for a run, or do 2 minutes skipping, and do your dynamic stretches. Copy what we teach you at boot camp.

Main Workout (total time 10 minutes)
AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
Set the Clock for 10 minutes, and smash through this with as little rest as you can manage. Track your score after each set so you don't lose count.
  1. Burpees x 5
  2. Squats x 10
  3. Mountain Climbers x 10
  4. Jumping Lunges x 5
  5. Sit ups x 10
Cool Down: 2 Minutes (or more)
Slow Stretch, full body

Trainer Tips:
Get a killer playlist which will pump you up, play it 5 minutes before your workout to really get you going.

Let us know your results, post them below here and see how many you can do!
