I don't no about you, but when I train more I eat better, which makes me want to then train more, you get the idea.
You see being healthy is SO much more than simply training hard. Sure some people are lucky, and can eat whatever they want, but most people can't, its simply not in your genes. I am one of those who has to think about what I eat constantly, a few weeks of not eating well can have a big impact for me which can be tough.
The solution I have found is to switch my mindset, and focus on the amazing food which is available, healthy and really quick to make. Even on the go, there are healthy options, it just takes a few minutes of preparation thinking before hand.
I spend an hour of so on Sunday evenings planning my meals for the week, and then ordering them all online, or making a note of when and where I will be able to get it. I do all of this online using the BBC good food site. It's amazing, it has thousands of recipes, and you can add them to your shopping basket in one click of a button!
I am so impressed with is, I have set up an account online for you to all see and share. You can add your best recipes, and we will all be able to see it. It's an open account, so we can all benefit.
Seriously, if you get your diet right, your results will improve massively. Make it your mission to love what you eat, and you will see a big difference.

You see, most of the time I train for health, to feel better, mental clarity, and of course Vanity! (I'm only human)
But some weeks, and this week is one of them, my weeks exercise has been to justify a few drinks this weekend for the Rugby!
You see life is too short! It's all in the balance. I live my week by the 80/20 rule, as long as I am eating well 80% of the time, I can enjoy 20% where I am not as strict as usual.
Working out with a partner/friend
There's no doubt about it, if you can find the right person to train with it can be the difference between sticking at your new fitness regime or giving up after 2 weeks! It's all about having the accountability in that your friend is waiting for you, and will be disappointed if you can't train.
You don't have to workout for an hour every day, sure if you had the time, it would be brilliant, but really who has this 'free time' every day? Well OK, everyone probably does, but chooses to spend it on other things. So the question is this, on the days when you don't want to train for an hour, can you still progress your goals with a shorter, more intense workout? We think you can, and we are not alone, 2013 has seen the rise in HIIT Training & Tabata workouts, we are putting together several 15 minute workouts for you to use when you need them.
Imagine you are at a party. For the whole night, you spend your time watching a couple in the corner, who are arguing the entire night, they are showing real signs of anger towards each other.
Now imagine you are at the same party, but you were focusing on a group of friends who hadn't seen each other in months, they are laughing, hugging, and really enjoying themselves.
If someone asked you, what was the first party like? You would say, it was terrible!
The second party however, that was amazing!
