How hard do you need to work to actually get results? Of course it varies depending on what your goals are, if it's to just feel better on a daily basis, then a light jog should do it. The trouble with gyms is that they don't really like you seeing too many results, because then you will cancel your membership! Most gyms are simply there to entertain you with TV's, power plates, saunas and trainers that just love to flirt with everyone! You may be thinking, aren't we part of the same industry?
