Meet the Team - Charlotte Evans

Charlotte was born and raised in the beautiful countryside of Devon. She has always loved being active outdoors, whether it's running along country lanes, hiking across the coastal paths, or doing a beach workout.
​
Charlotte’s career into the fitness industry came after her studies in Mental Health Nursing at Oxford Brookes University. After 10 years in this field, she decided to become a Personal Trainer to include her love and passion for exercise into her work and to continue to help others. Charlotte now owns her own company called Sole2Soul, which takes a holistic approach to people’s health and fitness as it supports both the physical and psychological needs of the person.

Meet the Team - Hannah Mitchell

Hannah took a flying start into the fitness industry in her late teens as a formation wingwalker where she gracefully performed acrobatics on the top of a bi-plane at shows across the UK and Europe. Following her success Hannah perpetuated her passion for fitness and qualified as a Personal Trainer specialising in kettlebell training, spinning, nutrition and group classes. She made her mark in the fitness industry starting out as a trainer at Matt Roberts Personal Training and now spends her days as a freelance PT in London as well as working abroad at Jason Vales's Juicing Retreat.

Hannah throws herself at every practice to ensure she has a wide range of expertise across the board. She has achieved everything from a 30 day hot yoga challenge, climbing the three peaks in 24 hours, she regularly partakes in runs and most recently competed in the UKBFF bikini body bodybuilding competition.

You’ve heard it a million times before, but it’s true. You can’t out train a bad diet. In other words, no matter how often or how hard you workout, the results you get won’t be as good if it’s not matched with good nutrition.

Often the focus for nutrition is all about weight loss, and transforming ones image. Having a good diet can certainly help with that. However, the benefits of eating well far outreach losing a few kilos. We’re talking everything from huge increases in energy to curing serious illnesses. 
I love the phrase “food is medicine”. I honestly think that so many of our daily health concerns can be helped and even solved by focusing on your diet. Simply by being open to this idea, you give yourself a chance of achieving ultimate health. ​
