"I started training with the boot camp back in Feb 2013. I love being outdoors, the trainers are great, I never have to clock watch, I always feel like I get a full body work out and feel good about myself when the session is over. It is a love/hate thing with the outdoors- I hate having to motivate myself in the winter to get going when it's cold and muddy but it's always worth it in the end.
My Wedding absolutely was a motivation, knowing that you are ultimately the centre of attention for a day, wearing a dress that you'd never normally wear and wanting to look your best on the day is definitely excellent motivation.
