Fat, unfit, and Low Self Esteem

Morning All, I wanted to share a story with you which really inspired me, hope it does for you too. 
 
"I am sooooo shocked, overwhelmed and proud of myself! I started this programme feeling fat, down-trodden, lethargic, demotivated, foggy headed, unfit, hopeless and with such low self esteem! 

That is an actual quote we received very recently from a client of ours, we have actually known her for quite a while, she used to train in our boot camps, and used to train hard, but never really got to grips with her diet, fitness, and overall health. 
 
The thing is, she tried all the diets, she would binge, then fast, then forget it all and start the whole process again. It's a vicious cycle, not having the right plan of action in place is lethal! 
 
Luckily for her, she joined one of our programmes, we gave her diet a complete overhaul, a full on workout plan, tonnes of daily motivation, plenty of kick up the butt talks, and more support than one of Jordan's sports bras! 
 
Fast forward 4 weeks, she lost 20 pounds (just under 2 stone), loves eating healthy and is totally ecstatic at the results. 
 
"When I measured myself I didn't have my original pre-challenge measurements with me so I wasn't sure how much I had lost. When I went to compare the two I was beyond shocked! So shocked and in disbelief at the figures that I had to get my flatmate to re-measure me in case I had mis-measured! But no! they are unbelievably real and proof that a proper diet and exercise and motivation and a supportive trainer really do work!" 
 
It's this kind of story which get's me out of bed every day, and makes me want to help as many people as I can. Literally being able to transform lives is incredible.
