Don't despair, you can still have your BBQ and eat it. Just think slightly outside the norm, and make our BBQ the best in town. Spice things up with marinated chicken, mushroom burgers, seafood parcels, and roasted veg. It will be just as tasty, and way more healthy.

You can't beat a BBQ, it's simply one of the best things about summer, (if the rain holds off)! The trouble is, the typical BBQ in the UK normally revolves around burgers, sausages, white bread, and loads of other bad (really tasty) food. Considering, we all overeat by about 1000 calories at BBQs, its no wonder if you have one every weekend throughout the summer, you could be in trouble.
