I bet you know pretty much what you need to do to get that bit fitter, lose the extra few pounds, and get back into your favourite clothes. It's simple isn't it? Eat less, move more, don't eat for 2 days, eat normally for 5, eat 6 meals a day, oh hang on, it's not that simple!
You see, everyone has an idea about how to get in shape. The general advice is eat less move more, but everyone lies to themselves and finds ways of justifying the extra treat that week or the extra wine, you were having a busy week after all....

So many people start on a plan, they follow a meal plan online, then 2 weeks later they read an article on the 5:2 diet and think that sounds great, another month later, a few fitness magazines thrown away, and you still don't actually know what works for you!
I want you to do one thing for me this week, which is simple. Stop reading fitness magazines and articles (apart from mine). Seriously stop it. Every time you take on new info, you will get confused and won't get anywhere.
Think about the money you have spent on failed fitness programmes, that sucks.
