You grew up in North Devon, tell us more, and what’s your favourite thing about it?
"North Devon always will hold a special place in my heart my family and friends are still down there and I will always return. My favourite thing about North Devon is the great outdoors in particular the amazing beaches."
If an alien landed on your doorstep and they asked you to show them the best thing about Birmingham, what would you show them?
"I would show them the fantastic open spaces and country parks Birmingham probably isn’t so well known for. As well as the vibrant nightlife and excellent music venues such as the Birmingham Arena. I'd also obviously take them for a workout at boot camp!"
What made you want to become a personal trainer?
"I became a personal train to experience a new challenge and to continue to help people and have a positive impact on their lives and help them achieve their goals."
What’s the best bit about being a fitness professional?
"The best bit is getting to meet a variety of people from all walks of life and see their happiness as they achieve their goals."
Who’s your fitness/sporting icons & why?
"My sporting icons are Anthony Joshua and Mo Farah because they constantly work hard to be the best they can be. Whilst they have hit the heights of becoming World and Olympic champions they continue to dream and set new goals to become even better."
If you had to pick 3 bits of advice for someone who wants to be fitter, healthier and happier, what would they be?
"I would say believe in yourself. don’t worry about what others think, focus on you. You can achieve anything you put your mind too, the sky is the limit."

What’s your go to healthy dinner?
"Chicken Breast with a portion of mozzarella on brown rice with spinach broccoli and kale"
