Meet the Team - Hannah Mitchell

Hannah took a flying start into the fitness industry in her late teens as a formation wingwalker where she gracefully performed acrobatics on the top of a bi-plane at shows across the UK and Europe. Following her success Hannah perpetuated her passion for fitness and qualified as a Personal Trainer specialising in kettlebell training, spinning, nutrition and group classes. She made her mark in the fitness industry starting out as a trainer at Matt Roberts Personal Training and now spends her days as a freelance PT in London as well as working abroad at Jason Vales's Juicing Retreat.

Hannah throws herself at every practice to ensure she has a wide range of expertise across the board. She has achieved everything from a 30 day hot yoga challenge, climbing the three peaks in 24 hours, she regularly partakes in runs and most recently competed in the UKBFF bikini body bodybuilding competition.
Hannah is on a mission to empower and inspire people across the globe. She believes that good training should not only get you fitter and looking better physically but feeling confident in your body. Hannah adopts a 'tough but fun' philosophy when it comes to her training style which enables her to get the very best out of her clients and guarantees you'll be leaving her sessions sweaty but smiling!
