Ask yourself. What Can you do to eliminate this? As this is the NUMBER 1 thing which is holding you back right now. You could go for a walk, drink more water in the evening, do a hobby which takes your mind off eating, or listen to your favourite song an remind yourself of why you are eating healthier. 

Everyone will have their own ONE CHANGE to make, so what's yours? What will make an instant difference to your life right now. 

Make ONE CHANGE, and the momentum swings in your favour. Then the next change seems easier, and before you know it you have nothing in your way. 

Work hard on the detail of your obstacles and get obsessive in removing them. If you do this, your goals get 100% more attainable.
ONE CHANGE....

All it takes is ONE CHANGE. Ask yourself, what's the ONE thing right now which is holding you back? Big or small, if it's getting in the way of what you want, then you have to find a way to get rid of it. 

Let's imagine you are overweight. You eat really well throughout the day. But in the evenings, you have 2-3 hours where you just eat out of boredom, habit, or because someone else in the room is doing it.
