Morning, 

Hope you had a great weekend?

I love getting emails like this one at the top, it makes everything worth while. As a personal trainer, I LIVE for results, without them, what good am I?! 

Kathy came to me around 12 weeks ago, she was returning to Australia for Christmas, seeing friends and family she hadn't seen in a VERY long time. 

She had let London life take over her weight for the last couple of years, partying pretty hard, enjoying a busy social life and not ever having time to exercise. 

The thought of returning home, not in the shape she was when she left, was enough for Kathy to start her fitness Journey with me. 

We worked really hard each week, designing a plan that meant she didn't have to drop all of her social engagements and parties, and was still able to see her friends every weekend.

Kathy's result was 13lbs in total, which considering this was throughout December is amazing! December is such a hard month to take on a new fitness challenge, and I am confident if it was ANY other month, the result would have been even better! 

Congratulations to Kathy for working so hard, what a result.
