We have some exciting changes to our Boot Camp Timetable in January 2016. We're always looking at ways we can make what we do better. Better Personal Trainers, more equipment, better times for classes, and loads more. The list goes on and on, and we really try our best to be the Best Boot Camp in London.
We will be Piloting 2 New Workouts in 2016. We know you're going to LOVE the new workouts, book your place early on the timetable.
We will be mixing the most popular running drills, from Fartlek to Intervals, to Steady State Jogging. It's a travelling session, so we will be moving around each park. We will be stopping every few minutes to catch our breath and work on other areas of the body, core, pilates, & strength.
Who's it for:
Anyone would get a good workout from this, whether you're a beginner looking to get into running for the first time, or you're a seasoned runner looking to mix up your sessions.
Where and When:
We're looking to bring this to Clapham, and Fulham to start with, and then roll it to the other parks depending on the response.
Each session will be a different Focus. We will be Varying between TRX Workshops, Kettlebell Masterclasses, Athletics, and loads more. Each week we will show you something new with the focus on quality.
Who's it for:
Everyone who wants to step up their training. Come along open to learn something new and you will love it.
Where and when:
All over London, we're testing this session throughout the parks, so check out your timetable.

Wireless Fitness Coming to London Bridge...
Yes, it's true. London Bridge will have their very own Wireless Fitness Sessions in January. We have a new trainer Hannah who will be putting you through your paces every Tuesday 615pm. Check the London Bridge page for more information.
Extra Morning Sessions in Fulham
Fulham will now have extra morning sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Now there will be an early session at 630am and then another one at 715am. Check out the Fulham page for more information.
Saturday Green Park Sessions
We're super excited to be launching a 10am Saturday Session with Connor every week in Green Park. Come along and show your support. See the Green Park page for more.
We have a limited timetable over the Christmas and New Year Period, here's the latest news:
Highbury Fields - Last Session is on December 22nd, Returning 2nd Jan.
Green Park - Last Session is on December 23rd- Returning 2nd Jan.
Clapham - Last Session is on December 23rd, Normal on 28th, 29th December, then back to normal on 4th Jan.
