Imagine you are at a party. For the whole night, you spend your time watching a couple in the corner, who are arguing the entire night, they are showing real signs of anger towards each other.
Now imagine you are at the same party, but you were focusing on a group of friends who hadn't seen each other in months, they are laughing, hugging, and really enjoying themselves.
If someone asked you, what was the first party like? You would say, it was terrible!
The second party however, that was amazing!

It's all in the focus. What are YOU focusing on?
I will have you consider the reason most people (maybe you) don't get anywhere with their weight loss or body goals is the Fear of what's going to happen.
Instead you should be focusing on not what you have to lose or are afraid of, but what's to gain!
