The 3 Key's to Success

If you are anything like me, & I suspect if you're reading this, you may well be. You are constantly striving for something. Making things better, more improved, faster, stress free. It could be anything from improving your body, your diet, your energy levels, to your productivity, we are creatures of self development. 

Over the years, I have identified 3 things, which I believe are key to success. In fact I would even go as far as to say, unless you do all 3 things together, you are most likely going to fail. 

Here goes: 

Information

You need the knowledge to progress. A while ago, I stopped randomly learning things, and instead focused on the exact thing I needed to learn, and focused entirely on this. It meant, my brain was clear, and focused, and that I could learn what I needed to before moving on. Once you know what you need to, there's no stopping you. Or is there.....

Implementation

So you know what you need to do, so what's stopping you? Life is full of distractions, and barriers, and reasons why you can't do things. You have to arm yourself with a tool box of things to help you implement what you need to. Look ahead at your week, plan ahead and learn from your mistakes. It will take a few goes before you get it right, but that's fine. 

Support

Once you have the knowledge, and you are motivated to 'do it', you need to now surround yourself with people on the same journey as you. People who share your ambitions, your passion, and people who genuinely want to see you do well. Getting friends involved, family, your partner, can all help you when you need it. 
Of course, there are other factors that make up any transformation, or progression, but if you focus on these 3 above, you will go along way to reaching your goal. 

Review this each week, and ask yourself, have I implement these 3 Keys to success?
