Nutrition - Why eating little and often is the way to go. 


If you want more energy, easier weight loss, and a better digestion, eating little and often really is the way to go! 

By simply swapping 3 meals a day for 5-6 smaller meals, this alone can fire up your metabolism, reduce snacking and can lead to better overall health. 
The problem with 3 meals a day is that by the time you eat, you are hungry and make bad food choices. Have you every shopped when your hungry? It’s a disaster, you leave with loads of bad food you had no intention of buying. 

What’s worse the starvation factor your body goes into when you haven’t eaten for a while. Our bodies get very good at holding onto any fat, because it thinks it won’t have another meal for a while, so when you eventually eat, it goes on all the wrong places. 


Trust us, if you want to be fitter, slimmer and healthier, 5-6 small meals a day is the best.
