We Train in all Weathers!

It's the question we get asked most weeks, do we train in the rain, the wind, but what about the snow! Yes to all three and to any other types of weather! 
We adapt each workout, so suit the weather, so if it's cold, you won't be lying on the ground, if its slippery, you won't be sprinting and changing direction, simple changes that mean you can workout all year round! 

We filmed one of our early snowy camps from 2009, you can still see some of the fulham members who train today, Craig, Simona, and Louise, awesome!
