We adapt each workout, so suit the weather, so if it's cold, you won't be lying on the ground, if its slippery, you won't be sprinting and changing direction, simple changes that mean you can workout all year round!
We filmed one of our early snowy camps from 2009, you can still see some of the fulham members who train today, Craig, Simona, and Louise, awesome!
