The answers range from boredom, to motivation, lack of knowledge and a few others, but the MAIN problem that comes up EVERY time is this .....
Lack of Action Taking, Consistency & Adaptation.
Massive, consistent action with pure persistence & a sense of flexibility in pursuing your goals will ultimately give you what you want, but you must abandon any sense that there is no solution.
You see, too many people give up after trying a just a few things, it's the fear of failure which ultimately leads to giving up entirely. Their is no exact science of how to lose weight, it's about working with your lifestyle, social life, family, friends, unique challenges and barriers.
So what, you didn't lose weight this week, what can you do about it next week? It doesn't matter what happens, it's how you react which will make the difference between success and failure.
To succeed in weight loss, you have to keep tweaking, and fine tuning your approach, consistently to reap the rewards.
This is why on my 8 Week Programme, I speak to my clients DAILY, making sure that nothing can ever trip them up for longer than 1 day, meaning the success momentum builds into something unstoppable.
P.S If this resonates with you, I would like to invite you to apply. Applications close in a few days. Apply here.
I have been talking to so many people this last few days.
I am currently having daily strategy calls with people trying to get onto my 'Lose a Stone in 8 Weeks' Programme, it's actually pretty hard to get accepted as I am quite fussy over who I accept!
(you can apply here BTW)
Anyway, it's always interesting when I ask the question:
"Why didn't your last programme work for you?"
