I read something yesterday which really shocked me.
Of all the people who set New Years Goals (or any goals for that matter), the overwhelming majority fail in their first 3 weeks.
3 weeks!!!!! Can you believe it? I can actually. Whenever I am starting anything new or I want to get better at it, I immerse myself fully and get as much support as I can for the first 3 months, because I know that if I break the 90 day barrier, I can pretty do it with my eyes closed.
That's the key.
DECIDE on your goal, and then SURROUND yourself with people who can get you their quicker and easier.
Whatever your goal, or target is. Don't be just another drop out. Be committed, determined and smart about how you get there. It's not what you do, it's how you do it.
