It reminded me of so many people out there losing weight (or at least trying to). It's the same approach, running around aimlessly, without a plan, trying to find something that works for them, for it all to end in disaster when they fall at the first hurdle.
Too many people don't take the time to sit, get a strategy, think clearly and then implement it. The trick is to identify when the obstacles will arise, then you can do something about it when it happens instead of getting shocked and throwing in the towel.
I have been teaching all of these simple strategies on the Lose 2 Stone by New Year Programme, and the results are amazing, even in week 1. We still have 6 spaces left by the way.

Any of you been watching the apprentice this year? I love it, you can't beat a bit of Alan Sugar tearing into all the new candidates.
I was watching the 1st episode, everyone running around like headless chickens, with no real plan in sight. Then someone says something which sounds sightly credible, for everyone to then follow that new person, or shout them down! It's always great entertainment, but it always ends in disaster!
