BOOK YOUR CLASS
This class is a fusion between two of our most popular classes, Run Club & Boot Camp.
We'll mix short running intervals for ultimate fat burning, with full body toning & strength exercises in a carefully designed indoor boot camp. This class is high energy, super effective and so much fun. Open to all levels. |
This class is a welcome and much needed break from the stress & speed of day to day life.
Unwind & relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centred and renewed. We'll take you through a series of flowing positions with a guided meditation to finish. Open to all levels. |
Stretch, Strengthen and Tone your way through this full body Pilates class.
We'll explore the fundamental movements & exercises in this low impact pilates class for all abilities. Pilates is famous for it's focus on postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Open to all levels. |
THE TEAM
ALEXANDRA KAFKAYOGA INSTRUCTOR
Alexandra's passion for yoga and mindfulness led her to work as an instructor running group classes for international businesses in finance like Royal Bank of Canada and BlueBay Asset Management among others. She also worked as a yoga teacher in numerous London-based gyms (i.e. Fitness First), charities (i.e. Healthy Minds, Quota) and colleges (i.e. City & Islington College).
Alexandra's classes include a good variety of Vinyasa flows, meditation practices and transformative breathing techniques - always delivered with uplifting music while they include maximum modifications to accommodate all levels. Her classes have been designed to be a good blend of physical exertion and more contemplative, introspective exploration. She loves meeting new people, sailing around the world (has been in more than 34 countries since 2013) - and when she's not meditating, it's about unwinding with a huge cup of tea and a bar of raw chocolate! |
GRACE BLAZEWICZPILATES INSTRUCTOR
I am an energetic and enthusiastic Yoga and Pilates Teacher as well as being Level 3 Personal Trainer with several years of experience of one-to-one and in-group exercise. I am also Post and Pre natal qualified.
I promote good fitness routines that activates and enhances coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies. I believe that maintaining strong core is at heart of every movement. I always hope that my enthusiasm for Pilates/Yoga, health and fitness will help to inspire clients on their own wellness journey. I am an encouraging class leader who is an understanding teacher, team player and life-long learner. |
JO MARTINRUN CLUB & BOOT CAMP TRAINER
Jo’s passion for teaching fitness classes started on 2002, when she qualified with the YMCA in Exercise To Music, and starting teaching in local gyms. Since then she’s up skilled and qualified in many more disciplines including kids fitness, BodyPump and spinning.
Jo’s classes are full of fun, passion, energy and awesome music. ‘I think making fitness fun is so important, and that’s what I try to inject in every class i teach!’ She loves inspiring people and makes sure she is fully prepared for every class with great music and content. Jo is a regular face at The Village Health Club, Virgin Active, Aspire, Fitness Mosaic, and Mill Hill Pk, where she run Bootcamps for mum and babies. In her spare time, Jo loves watching movies, eating out, cheering her kids on in their footy matches, and running - a keen runner, she’s currently in training for the 2020 Brighton Marathon. |
