Frequently Asked Questions

Is this only for hardcore fitness people?
No Way! Seriously, it's not. I love to help people get healthy, fit and confident, you could be someone who has never exercises before, or someone who works out all the time, but doesn't eat well, you would both benefit from this programme. It's unique to everyone, and bespoke in how we put your plan together.

How does the Accountability work? ​
This is where this programme is different to most other out there. If you join, you will have to send us weekly reports, and daily updates on how you are getting on. We provide you with a tracker, where you tracker your workouts, food intake, and your general thoughts, you have to send this to us every week, we then review it, and give you feedback on what you can do better. 
How many times will I be working out per week?
Minimum of 5 times per week is the target. We vary the sessions, and the programme so your body can handle this though, don't worry, you won't be doing intense workouts every day, we mix it up with varied, and fun routines. 
What does the diet plan look like?
Our diet plan is based around 1400 calories per day, and every meal is amazing. We have mapped out the entire course & written out your shopping lists, and even how to cook each meal. We don't cut carbs as well, which is good news. There are no cheat days, but to be honest, on this plan, you won't miss them. 
Do I need a gym? ​
No, you don't, although some do. The workouts are mainly equipment free, and we can tailor yours to suit what you have. Most people workout at home, or the park. 
 Is weight loss the main focus?
It's a big focus for some, but not for all. We take you through a detailed goal setting plan, and decide on what you want to focus on individually. Again, it's not a one size fits all approach.

I can't believe the 28 days are up - that went so quickly - thanks for all your help - the final count is 9lbs weight loss which am super chuffed with. 

I've really enjoyed doing the challenge and this is the best way I've found to make sure that I stick to a plan and really see a difference in a short space of time. Being on the challenge definitely made me workout a few times when I was wavering!  28 days felt really achievable and a good length of time, but without feeling too long (or short).  Having to report in weekly but also being able to ask questions whenever has really pushed me to keep going and not cheat at any point.
