We've designed​ the perfect menu to accompany the 'Good Mood Food' talk. Each dish has been carefully selected by our Nutritionist Clarissa Lenherr. We will be providing a variety of Meat, Fish & Vegan options which will all be gluten free.

The idea of POW Food was established in September 2017 by the mother-daughter duo; Ali and Emily
Warburton.

Believing in transparency, ethical sourcing and superior ingredients, POW Food offers menus designed for workplace productivity to enhance your services and events.

CLASSES

All of the classes will be held at Gymbox Bank, 71 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AY.

​It's approximately a 4 minute walk, so please factor this in. We ask everyone to arrive at the class and be ready 15 minutes before the start of the class.

To take part in any classes, you must sign the below health waiver.  

Yogalates

Yogalates is one of our most popular classes. It's a mix of yoga, pilates & Ti-chi. Taught in an upbeat, flowing style with motivational music.
