Dealing with Clients

In Person Interactions 
You may be asked a variety of questions before, during and after your sessions. Anything from memberships, payments, timetables, fitness questions etc. We have a simple rule with this. If you're 100% confident in the answer, feel free to answer it there and then. If you're not sure, please write down the details of the enquiry and pass it onto us. Usually anything to do with payments or memberships is best dealt with at a later stage. 

Online Interactions 
We deal with everything from sign ups, cancellations, booking systems queries, timetable questions ,and other general questions that clients typically ask. If you would like to be more hands on with the enquiries and online interactions for your location, then we can arrange this for you.
