FITNESS CLASSESWe offer a range of fitness classes ranging from our signature Boot Camps to our high energy Cardio Sculpt classes.
Boot Camp in the Park - Our signature boot camp sessions are carefully designed for a total body workout that’s super varied, extremely effective and great fun. Silent Disco Boot Camps - Our silent disco boot camps are seriously good fun. We provide the headphones, and then take you through a high energy workout driven with a specially designed playlist. HIIT Classes - HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. Usually 30 minutes long, perfect for lunch time or before work. Varieties of HIIT classes include Ab Attack, Box HIIT, Circuits, Crossfit, Cardio HIIT and more. Boxing Fitness / Kick-Boxing Fitness - Our Boxing Fitness classes really pack a punch. Each session is a mix of ‘easy to learn’ strikes with pads & gloves. In combination with some insanely effective fitness moves in between. Couch to 5K / Couch to 10K - Our couch to 5k programme is perfect for beginners. Our course is usually spread over 12 - 16 weeks and consists of weekly group classes and a programme to follow along at home. We support each and every person to ensure they confidently complete the race with a smile on their face. |
Cardio Sculpt - Our Cardio Sculpt class is the perfect combination of fat burning cardio intervals and full body toning exercises to really take your fitness to the next level. Tough Mudder/Obstacle Events - We offer a series of specialist events for teams looking to take part in a tough mudder or other races. We can provide weekly group sessions alongside a detailed training programme for the team to follow. Self Defence 101 - 1 -1.5 hour foundations of self defence with an expert instructor. |
