Meditation has been around for thousands of years, but it is more relevant today than ever. Research has shown that meditation is one of the most effective tools for improving the quality of life. With stress levels rising due to social media, work related pressures and time constraints, a practice of meditation can help you survive the 21st century.
 
Mindful Meditation is simply a practice of mental training that helps you to move through life with more focus, grace and ease. It might not help solve the external problems of your life, but it will help you develop inner resilience, balance, and strength to roll with the ups and downs of life. 

Meditation has been shown to help people sleep better, stress less and focus more. We’ll include a 15-20 minute live guided meditation for all abilities.
