No, we have designed the workouts to suit all abilities. No pressure, just great fun. Check out the what to expect video.

What to bring to the workout?
Bring water, and a matt for stretching if you want. Most parks don't have changing facilities, so come already changed if possible.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH OUR BAGS?
We put any bags under a near by tree and then train around or very close to it. We're not a travelling boot camp, so we always stay close to your bag.
CAN MY FRIEND COME WITH ME?
DO YOU STILL TRAIN OUTDOORS IN THE RAIN?
Yes definitely! We train in all weathers, even in the snow!
WHEN WILL I GET A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL
We like to spend most of our time doing what we do best, being out in the parks delivering awesome sessions, so we check emails once a day, we will get back to you within 24hrs Monday - Friday.
