Welcome to the Swift 30 Day Challenge
We have designed the ultimate plan for those who are looking to lose weight, tone up, increase energy, boost the immune system & learn the fundamentals of good nutrition.

This isn’t your ordinary quick fix online fitness programme. We don’t believe in fad diets or doing random workouts that are going to break your body and leave you feeling deflated.

We’ve created a comprehensive, progressive plan that will supercharge your health, fitness & overall wellbeing. It’s the perfect kick start to achieving long lasting results.

The 30 day challenge includes everything from professional follow along fitness videos, nutrition advice and amazing recipes, to mindset, support & accountability, to really help you stay on track.

You’ll be joining our expert personal trainer Anna 3 times a week where she’ll guide & motivate you every step of the way. 

Each workout is fun, high energy & has been designed to give you maximum results in less than 30 minutes. There’s no equipment required with any of the workouts, and they're suitable for all abilities.

We’ll be working on total body fitness. HIIT, toning, strength, core work and mobility. Every workout is different to the last, with plenty of variety to keep you engaged.

Lily Soutter will be your Nutritionist for the 30 Day Challenge. 

Lily is a qualified nutritionist in London, where she sees clients in her private clinic in Chelsea. Lily's extensive knowledge on the science of food & health, enables her to regularly write for The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan & she's featured regularly on ITV’s This morning with Holly & Phil. 

​Lily's designed the Nutritional programme for the Swift 30 Day Challenge that’s both comprehensive & easy to understand. 
Each week you will be provided with an adaptable meal plan, with delicious recipes & shopping lists. We’ve done all of the thinking and planning for you & have calculated the nutritional value of each meal. All you have to do is follow the plan & enjoy the results.

In addition to the meal plan, we’re providing you with a series of informative bitesize nutritional webinars. We cover everything from balancing blood sugar, fuller for longer foods, proteins, carbs, fats, alcohol, stress, sleep and even what to do when eating out. The idea is that you leave the 30 day challenge fully equipped with the knowledge you need to succeed long term.

The meal plan has 2 versions, a standard option as well as a vegan alternative. You can choose whichever suits you best, or even mix and match throughout.

Natalie will be your Yoga instructor for the 30 day challenge. 

We’re all about balance here at Swift, and her role throughout the challenge is to help you with that much needed recovery. 

You’ll join Natalie once a week for a 30 minute yoga class. This is your time to recover, recharge and refocus.

Each flow combines fluid yoga movements and breath. It will help you to build strength, keep your joints healthy, increase your flexibility & help prevent injuries.

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START?
The challenge starts on Monday. 

​
Although this is a 30 day challenge we still want to give you the flexibility to fit it around your life, so this is why we are giving you full access for 60 days.

​So you can either start straight away, delay your start date or repeat the challenge to achieve even better results.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR ALL ABILITIES?
Definitely. We've designed the challenge to suit all levels from beginner to advanced. We've also recorded a fundamentals workshop which explores the correct techniques for the most common exercises.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE? 
We know that life gets busy, so we are giving you full access for 60 day to make sure you get the most out of the course.
If you need more time just ask, we would be more than happy to help. ​
DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT FOR THE WORKOUTS?
Not at all. The workouts are all body weight. We have included a few options for those with dumbells at home. This is totally optional, and not essential. 
Do you have a vegan meal plan option?
Yes! We offer a regular and vegan meal plan for the entire course. All of our meal plans have been designed by expert nutritionist Lily Soutter.
