Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Is Boot Camp only for the Super Fit People? 
    Absolutely not, we design each session so that everyone get's a great workout regardless of ability. Our Trainers are excellent at seeing who needs pushing, and who needs easier alternatives. Work at your own pace, and enjoy the workout.

  2. Can I bring a friend?
    Yes! We're a friendly bunch, so bring your friends, colleagues, or simple make some new friends when you get here. They will need to book a free trial the same as you. 

  3. Who's Discounted Unlimited Membership for?
    We have some discounted memberships available for Students, the over 50's and Key Workers (Teachers, NHS staff, The Emergency Services). Select this option when signing up. 

  4. Can I freeze my membership?  
    Yes, we can freeze your membership for up to 6 months. So if you're going away for work, or an extended holiday, we can freeze your account in monthly blocks. 

  5. What do I do if I want to cancel?  
    We don't like to tie you up in lengthy contracts. If you want to cancel, all we need is 30 days notice. Just contact the team and we will help you with that.
