A Single PT Session with Swift.


By purchasing this single session, you agree to our Health Waiver.


  • I understand that I am taking part in any sessions with Swift Fitness at my own risk, and I hold full responsibility for any injuries I sustain and won’t hold Swift or the trainer accountable.
  • I have consulted my doctor and am fit & healthy.
  • I am not pregnant, nor have I any current injuries.
  • I will notify Swift Fitness of any changes to my health immediately.
  • I understand that I must give 24 hours notice to cancel a session otherwise a session will be forfeited. 


To comply with Covid-19 I understand I must:

  • Travel to the sessions safely (where possible avoid public transport)
  • Sanitise hands before and after session
  • Stay at least 2metres apart
  • Only train outdoors in an open or private place
  • Understand that your trainer will not bring equipment for you to use (you may bring your own equipment for your own personal use)


Your trainer will also comply with the covid 19 rules and will make sure they have up to date insurance.
