"I want to basically hit it hard for 2 weeks, give myself a kick start" I totally get it, she didn't feel confident on a daily basis, and was frustrated every shopping trip. Nightmare! The trouble was, she had been too many reading all the glossy magazines which promise amazing results just by drinking tea and doing 3 simple crunches. Wouldn't that be amazing?! Yeah right. Anyone who has ever changed their body knows it takes more than a quick fix, or a magic tea, or 4 minutes exercise per day to make a difference. It takes imagination, motivation and a serious amount of will power. Anyway, back to that client, I had to turn her away on the first phone call as she was so insistent on losing it quickly. After 3 weeks, she phoned back after not getting anywhere, and I put her on our online programme. We went through everything from daily habits, nutrition guides, and I spent hours educating her about why she was doing everything on the plan in the first place. Roughly 2 months after starting, she has smashed her 1 stone target and is now buying new clothes! It's so important to know why you doing something, for it to make sense to you means it becomes your code for life. By the way, we still have a few spaces on our online programme for this month, if you would like to get some long term results, this is for you! If you want a quick fix, that tea sounds good.... It was about 3 months ago now, I was speaking on the phone with a potential new client.
She was telling me she wanted to lose around a stone in weight, as she was now not able to fit in half of her wardrobe. Almonds and other nuts (with skins intact)
